How long will my tree last?

Our Xmas trees are cut down fresh on the morning of delivery. This gives them a maximum keep fresh of around 3-5 weeks.

Can I Choose my own tree?

All of our trees are hand selected by our experts. They are chosen for qualities such as, symmetry, Fullness, Colour, Height, Character and general health. WeΒ currentlyΒ don't offer a service for customers to pick their own.

How can I care for my tree?

Our Xmas trees are so fresh that they require little maintenance once in the home, occasional watering may be required for maximum freshness. Make sure to try to keep your tree away from heat sources such as radiators as this can dry them out quicker.

Where are the trees from?

Wed love to say the North pole! Unfortunately thats just a little too far for us. Our trees are hand selected and cut right here in Bolton, Lancashire.

How are the trees packaged/Delivered ?

All of our trees go through a netting process which shrinks the tree as small as possible without damage. It is then transported in a local delivery van straight to your door!

What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver to Bolton, Bury, Ramsbottom, Blackburn, Darwen, Chorley, Horwich, and selected areas close to Preston. If you’re unsure about your location, feel free to contact us!

How do I know if you cover my area?

If you’re not sure whether we deliver to your location, just give us a call at 07539765567 or send us a message through our contact page, and we’ll confirm for you.

Is there a delivery fee?

No! We offer free delivery to all the areas we serve, ensuring that your Christmas tree arrives at your doorstep without any extra cost.

How fresh are your Christmas trees? Our trees are locally sourced and cut fresh on the day of delivery, ensuring that you receive the highest quality and freshest product available.

What types of Christmas trees do you offer?

We offer a variety of Christmas tree species, including Nordmann Fir and Norway Spruce, all sourced from local farms to provide the best selection for your holiday celebrations.

Can I choose a specific delivery time?

While we do our best to accommodate delivery requests, specific delivery times depend on availability. When you place your order, let us know your preferences, and we’ll do our best to meet them.

What should I do if my tree starts dropping needles?

Ensure your tree is properly watered and placed away from heat sources. If you have concerns, feel free to reach out for advice on tree care to keep it looking its best.

Do you provide tree stands?

We do not supply tree stands. You can purchase them with the tree for an additional Β£5. This will be a standard wooden log base and dowelling. We recommend purchasing one separately to ensure your tree is securely held and can easily absorb water especially if you want a stand with a water well at the bottom

What if I need to cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We aim to be flexible and will work with you to accommodate your needs.
