1. Orders
- All orders must be placed online through our website or via direct communication. A confirmation email will be sent once your order is successfully processed.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Customers may cancel their order up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. For example, if your delivery is scheduled for a Saturday, cancellations must be made by midnight on Thursday. Cancellations made after this time will incur a charge, and you may not receive your tree.
3. Refunds
- Due to the nature of fresh produce, we do not offer refunds once the tree has been cut down and or delivered. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will do our best to address your concerns.
4. Payment
- Payments can be made securely through our website at the time of order. We accept major credit, debit cards, Klarna and cash on delivery. All transactions are processed in accordance with UK law for online sales.
5. Delivery
- We offer free delivery to designated areas within 10-20 miles of Bolton. Customers will be informed of their estimated delivery window upon placing an order. While we strive to meet delivery times, we cannot guarantee exact delivery hours due to unforeseen circumstances. Some deliveries may incur an additional charge if we deem it out of area.
6. Product Guarantee
- We take pride in sourcing fresh, locally cut Christmas trees. However, we cannot guarantee how long the tree will last after delivery, as factors such as environmental conditions and tree type can affect longevity. Once cut, the tree is a perishable item.
7. Customer Responsibility
- It is the customerβs responsibility to safely set up, balance, and secure the tree in their home. We do not take responsibility for any injuries or accidents caused by improper setup, including but not limited to the tree falling over. Please ensure the tree is placed in a stable location and secured properly.
8. Liability
- Beech's Christmas Trees is not liable for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from the use of our products. By purchasing from us, you agree to take full responsibility for the tree and its setup in your home.
